Art Start summer classes for K-6 will begin Monday June 8, 2009.
Classes are June 8 - June 12. 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. $20 (one week).

Card Making Classes last Tuesday evening of each month |
The last Tuesday evening of each month the art center offers a card making class from 6-8 pm for a fee of $5. Seasonal cards, gift tags, and small table ornaments or place cards have been part of the program in the past. The instructor provides the materials, tools and embellishments needed to complete the project.

Open Studio for Independent Study |
Every Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 a group meets at the art center for a program we are calling, Open Studio for Independent Study.
Participants work on paintings or drawings and critique each other's work. This gives the group a chance to work with other artists, discuss ideas and exhibits they have attended. The cost is by donation to the art center.
This workshop is open to the public, call 785-524-3241 for more information.
